I'm not too fond of potatoes personally, but many people love to eat potato and potato recipes. Potato is an excellent source of carbohydrates and contains starches. Starches are highly polysaccharides that give high levels of calories. Eating sabzi is my favourite hobby, but you may like it.

The ingredients that are required to have for Poori Aloo Recipe are:
- Some potatoes
- Onions
- Ginger and Garlic
- Chilli, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin seeds, Aniseed (Saunf), Nigella Seeds, Mustard Seeds.
- Achar oil for better taste
How to make Poori Aloo Recipe Procedures
1- Add some Garlic and Ginger and fry quickly.
2- Frying must be for 30 seconds
3- Add spices like chilli powder, etc. and again fry for 30 seconds.
4- Add 3 cups of water and potato and heat for 20-27 minutes at moderate heat(Simmer).
5- Trickle some Achar oil 2 tbsp(Tablespoon)
